The YouTube channel contains about 100 videos with approximately 1M views. 11K subscriber is fine for a specialized health education channel. Videos have been published consistently. They have attractive titles and well-structured content.

The campaign features the happiness of cured patients in Instagram photos, Facebook, and Twitter platforms. This is really encouraging and hopeful. Involving emotions is an excellent way to attract audiences.

Besides, there is good customer service which allows communication with the Facebook page messages that give patients and their relatives more trust and provide the information they need.
