Dimensions of wellness

 Humans have four main dimensions that must be fulfilled, for a person to feel well. These four dimensions are called the dimensions of wellness, or the dimensions of health.They are physical health, mental health, social health, and spiritual health. 

Everyone should set goals fulfilling the four dimensions to feel healthy. If one dimension is neglected, you will not feel well. Despite the fact that you achieved your goals.

Physical health means your body well-being. To keep your body healthy, sleep eight to ten hours daily, eat healthy food, exercise regularly, and avoid stress.

Mental health is concerned of the brain. Keep your brain healthy by drinking at least one and half litre of water daily.

Social health is a difficult issue to solve nowadays. To keep yourself socially healthy, you need to keep in contact with other people.

Your spiritual health requires trust in God, and sticking to your religious beliefs and practices.

Next time when you set goals, try to be balanced. Make sure you set at least one goal for each dimension of wellness.

Instant time management method

 

Have you ever planned ahead for the new year?
How many times have you made a plan, then none of this excellent plan was done?
You wonder why? 🤔
You ask yourself what happens? But, no answer indeed.

It's as simple as, because you take all of this year's garbage with you to the new year.
That simple.
Then, what's the solution?

Start from where you are today.
Take some time to handle the mess.
Don't dream of a magical stick to change your life at the new year Eve.
Have a transitional stage, to reach an organized life, and start your new year's plan.
We advise you to start right now, there is still a week long before the clock strikes for 2021

What to do is simple. It's "Getting Things Done" time management method, by David Allen.
1- Collect: gather all the sticky notes and bills causing a messy working space. Then, write down any appointments, ideas or tasks.
2- Process: many times a day for seconds analyse the situation. Can you complete the task or you'd better delegate it?
3- Organise: Toss it, file it, or add it to a To- Do list
4- Review: review your inbox, your calendar, and your To- Do list.
5- Do: start and finish your tasks.
