Dimensions of wellness

 Humans have four main dimensions that must be fulfilled, for a person to feel well. These four dimensions are called the dimensions of wellness, or the dimensions of health.They are physical health, mental health, social health, and spiritual health. 

Everyone should set goals fulfilling the four dimensions to feel healthy. If one dimension is neglected, you will not feel well. Despite the fact that you achieved your goals.

Physical health means your body well-being. To keep your body healthy, sleep eight to ten hours daily, eat healthy food, exercise regularly, and avoid stress.

Mental health is concerned of the brain. Keep your brain healthy by drinking at least one and half litre of water daily.

Social health is a difficult issue to solve nowadays. To keep yourself socially healthy, you need to keep in contact with other people.

Your spiritual health requires trust in God, and sticking to your religious beliefs and practices.

Next time when you set goals, try to be balanced. Make sure you set at least one goal for each dimension of wellness.
